These terms govern your use of this website and the services Emmaus Book Publishers provides. Your signed project agreement takes precedence where the two differ.
Using this website
You may browse and share this website for personal, non-commercial purposes. Content, design and artwork on this site belong to Emmaus Book Publishers or our authors and may not be reused without permission.
Quotes and agreements
Every project begins with a written quote. Work starts when you accept the quote and the first milestone payment is received. The scope of work is defined in your project agreement.
Your rights
You retain all rights to your manuscript and your published book, including copyright and royalties. Final design files are licensed to you for your book and its promotion.
Payments
Payments are made in milestones described in your quote. Work on the next stage begins once the related milestone is paid.
Cancellations
You may pause or cancel a project at any time. You pay only for completed milestones and receive all work completed to date.
Limitation of liability
We work hard to make every book excellent, but we cannot guarantee sales, rankings or reviews. Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the services in question.
